Before even officially taking office, Pennsylvania’s Governor-elect, Tom Wolf has spawned some not so favorable memes. When asked about New York's ban on fracking, Wolf called New York’s decision unfortunate. “I want to have my cake and eat it, too. I don’t want to do what New York did,” he said. EQT Halts Fracking for Christmas

Gary and Georgeann Baumgardner may have their Christmas wish. Sources report the Baumgardners received a phone call from EQT informing them there will be NO fracking on Christmas. (see: Merry FRACKmas from EQT) The fracking site on the Trax Farm, next door to the Baumgardners has been shut down for the past two days due to noise complaints. On Tuesday, December 2, 2014 Conestoga Township, PA Supervisors voted not to protect its residents. In a 3-0 vote township supervisors rejected a Community Bill of Rights Ordinance.
