Ordinarily, we would direct you to download these documents directly from the DEC’s website here: http://www.dec.ny.gov/energy/75370.html

But the DEC website appears to be down for the last 3 days. So, we’ve combined the FSGEIS and the response document into a single 2040 page document and uploaded it two additional locations, and provided short links to each.
