What an amusing, hallucinatory thought. Somebody might point out to this gas-bag that the real Dallas, the one in Texas, has a de facto ban on fracking - with a minimum 1,500 foot setback from buildings, which pretty much precludes siting a well pad in the city limits. Has your town done like Dallas and banned fracking ? What are you waiting for ? Be like Dallas and ban it.
