To put this in perspective – while folks in Fracksylvania have their wells poisoned, folks in South Texas have their air gassed, and folks in New York have gas compressors stations plopped down in the middle of their neighborhood, Rex Tillerson, this fracking NIMBY cry-baby – is bent out of shape over a fracking water tower – next to his horse barn – not his house. His house is nowhere near the frack water tower. It’s just in the same town. . . .
The Dory has the aerial proof of how NIMBY Fractavist Rex is suing to block the erection of a frack water tower behind his horse barn. Which should earn him the accolades of the SPCA, and the American Quarter Horse Association – as well as the Environmental Defense Frauds.
Tillerson’s ranch house reminds me of the Palace of Versailles. Nice pool too. Not having great expectations, I would settle for the barn.
Judging from that first map, it looks as if Rex Tillerson’s palace, er, house is about 2,000 feet from the water tower. That distance is four times the proposed NY state gas well setback from homes. I’ve never heard of a water tower exploding and burning, but I can’t say the same for gas wells.
The Williams compressor station in Windsor has had two fires in the space of a year and a half, as well as multiple other problems (e.g. it’s out of compliance with the local noise ordinance). You can see this station and the multiple homes surrounding it if you get into Google maps and search for Patterson Rd. Windsor NY.
A bit ironic all around. Too implausible
